BISH CREATIVE – Client Services Representative

Roll and Responsibilities

As a Client Services Representative, this professional has ownership of correspondence concerning orders placed for End-to-End (E2E) Solutions accounts. Responsibilities include providing customer service support to E2E Account Managers and clients. The E2E business is a growth engine for Bish, and as such is in a critical position to drive success for the entire company. The Client Services Representative will be a member of the E2E team.

Specific Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive, review and answer day to day customer service inquiries / emails / follow-up (oversight of Customer Service Inbox)
  • Order status
  • Order tracking
  • Resolve orders not completed
  • Custom/rush order batching
  • Shipping quotes
  • POD’s
  • Returns and replacements
  • Portal data entry and modification of new and existing SKUS
  • Adjust client budgets and approvals as directed
  • Invoicing as directed
  • Work with assigned Account Managers on pricing exercises
  • Track all inventory details for international shipments (material composition, year made, COO, UOM, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Warehouse & Account Manager to ensure accurate inventory entry in warehouse management system – item numbers, descriptions, and pictures for new or revised items
  • Assist Account Manager with setting up special/seasonal programs on client websites
  • Weekly or Monthly updates on performance by account, shipment timing, and accuracy
  • Communicate as needed with Account Managers, Customers, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting on shipment information, inventory levels, order status, and other reporting requirements
  • Complete projects, and all other duties as assigned

Specific job qualifications include:

  • The chosen candidate will work out of Bish offices in Lake Zurich, IL. (1 day per week remote work possible after 2-3 months of employment)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are needed
  • Has excellent skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills a must
  • Experience with online ordering portals or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • This individual should be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal direction

BISH CREATIVE – CONCEPTUAL DESIGNER

Position Overview:

As a Conceptual Designer, this professional’s main objective is to create and develop 3D renderings for the Point of Purchase and In-Store Merchandising industry. The candidate will have the opportunity to design permanent, semi-permanent and temporary display solutions across multiple brands for any one of our 100+ national accounts. This individual will be part of an elite team of designers that share ideas and workflow while interacting with account managers to bring each display to life. The Conceptual Designer is a member of the VP of Design’s staff and will work out of Bish offices in Lake Zurich, IL.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Create high quality, competitive 3D renderings for sales presentations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
  • Understanding and translating customers’ expectations into a successful 3D renderings
  • Optimizing material choices based on customers’ requirements and efficiency for cost effective designs
  • Photographing displays for client review and presentations
  • Create assembly instructions for final production displays
  • Complete periodic projects such as file organization, show set-up, and all other duties as assigned

Job qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in 3D Studio Max or equivalent software with the expectation to move to 3DS Max

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Solutions Associate, this professional has ownership for all aspects of the production of a project. The Marketing Solutions Associate will be a member of the Vice President of Acct Management’s Staff and will assist various members of the Account Management team. This position is a stepping stone to our Account Manager position.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· The MSA works closely with the Logistics Manager and the warehouse team to coordinate shipping, tracking, and costs of the outgoing freight.
· Once the project has been shipped, the MSA will work with accounting to complete accurate invoicing.
· Complete occasional project estimates under Account Manager’s guidance.
· Complete all other duties as assigned.

Specific job qualifications include:

· The chosen candidate will office at Bish HQ in Lake Zurich, IL. Frequent face-to-face interaction with the team is key to success. A hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days work-from-home is available after a training period.

BISH CREATIVE – DESIGNER

Designs interior spaces in new and renovated buildings; meets functional and aesthetic goals; researches and purchases furnishings and fittings; and establishes corporate or individual client base.

Designer Job Duties

  • Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements
  • Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
  • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
  • Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Selects design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
