Patron Summer Blitz

The objective was to capitalize on the high-volume summer months by providing tools that work in both off premise liquor stores, grocery, luxury liquor stores as well as on premise bars, lounges resorts etc.

These pieces needed to be congruent and share the same message of perfection by Patron. As everyone today lives in a mobile society, Patron wanted to supply tools that were fun, different and unique to the retail establishment.

The target consumer for Patron is 25 – 45 years old, one who is always ready, willing and able to take on the Patron experience. As the tequila category continues to grow in size and competition, Patron has remained in the lead position for many years with the objective of always being different, unique and creative.

Mobile merchandising within a retail establishment has actually never been done before, so these tools were to create immediate selling opportunities for retailers at various spots within their establishment. These pieces needed to be fun, but most importantly focused solely around the brand enhancement of Patron. Working with all sizes of bottles and gift boxes, retailers were given the opportunity to cross merchandise with other merchandising product themes, as well as when the promotion was complete, the retailer was able to keep these custom merchandising tools.

Veuve Clicquot
Bottle Presenter

The objective for the Veuve Clicquot Celebratory Cake Bottle Presenter was to design a vehicle to deliver a celebratory experience to the consumer at an on-premise establishment that includes clubs, lounges restaurants etc. Champaign has always been recognized as the “go to” beverage of choice during a true celebration.

Veuve Clicquot needed to recognize this unique opportunity with a bottle presenter not only made for the ceremonial delivery of this vehicle, but also to provide interest by other patrons within the establishment. There also was a strong desire to make sure that this piece would work with the largest bottle available (the Magnum bottle). Completely lit throughout, this piece is able to be delivered in the most powerful and impactful way to the consumer, for when consumers are in a true celebratory mood, price is no object.

One of the most challenging aspects of this program was to match the detail to the highest level possible, to also maintain the color of the Veuve Clicquot – which is crucial to all marketing. Introducing this piece in small quantities to establishments was a sell in of magnum bottles, as this special unit not only needed to be visually impactful from 100 plus feet away, it had to hold ice, a chilled bottle of champagne which required sturdy handles. One final addition was the ability to customize a message to the recipient of this cake so that the onlooking patrons all knew who was being celebrated.

Terlato Wines is the leading marketer of luxury wines in the U.S. – with a global portfolio of more than 80 exceptional brands. Terlato hold more brands than any other wine company in the world.

Terlato needed a “Dealer Loader” where the store has a usable product that also speaks to the brand. With wine consumption on the rise among tailgates and backyard barbeques Terlato needed a piece that spoke the brand, was a functional piece.
